1. Information we collect

• Applications you send to an employer. When you apply to an employer-posted job on AI Match, you provide your name, email, phone number and any message. We use this only to deliver your application to that employer and to send you a confirmation. We do not store your resume on our servers and we do not sell or re-share your details with anyone else.
• Employer submissions. When an employer posts a job, we collect the business name, contact details and job information they provide. This information is published in the listing and may be visible to the public.
• Usage and device data. Like most websites, we collect standard technical data (such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed and referring site) to keep the site secure and understand which pages are useful.

2. Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to measure traffic. It sets cookies and may process your IP address and interaction data on our behalf. We use this only in aggregate to improve the site — we do not attempt to identify you personally. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and Google offers a browser opt-out. We do not use cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking on AI Match.

3. Listings from public sources

Some listings are aggregated from companies' own public career pages. For those we publish only factual details (title, company, location) and a short AI Match summary, and we link to the employer's official posting. We do not copy the employer's job description, and we do not add private contact details of our own. Employers can request removal at any time — see our Listing Removal & Content Policy.

4. Who we share data with

• The employer you applied to — so they can contact you about the role.
• Service providers that run the site (hosting and database) and our analytics provider, under their standard terms.
• Legal authorities, only where we are required to by law.

We do not sell personal data.

5. How long we keep data

Application messages are delivered to employers and kept only as long as needed to operate the service. Employer-posted listing data stays live while the listing is active. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics settings.

6. Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete personal data we hold about you by emailing aimatch@j9.business. To have an aggregated listing removed, send us the link and we will review it promptly.

7. Children

AI Match is intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by a new "last updated" date on this page.
