Listing Removal & Content Policy

1. Two kinds of listings

• Employer-posted jobs. Posted directly by an employer. The employer controls the content and can edit or remove it at any time.
• Aggregated openings. Public openings discovered from companies' own careers pages and public job-board endpoints (for example Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby and SmartRecruiters). These are facts that were already public — the job title, company and location.

2. What we publish from aggregated sources

For aggregated openings we publish only factual details (job title, company, location, employment type) and a short summary written by AI Match, together with a prominent link to the employer's official posting where the candidate applies. We do not copy or reproduce the employer's job-description text, and we do not invent contact details, salaries or review scores.

3. Request removal of a listing

Any employer, or any person who believes a listing should not appear, can request removal — no reason required. Email aimatch@j9.business with the listing URL(s), or the company name, or a screenshot. We will remove the listing within 7 business days and, on request, permanently exclude the company from future aggregation.

4. Permanent opt-out

A company that opts out is added to a permanent exclusion list and is never re-listed, even if its openings are still publicly advertised elsewhere.

5. Corrections and copyright

If any listing is inaccurate, out of date, or you believe it infringes your rights, contact us at aimatch@j9.business with the link and a short description. We review every notice and remove or correct content promptly.
